Radford University Women's Soccer Recruiting

Start with Ben Sohrabi, the head coach. The women's staff is small, with one assistant coach alongside the head coach, so the head coach almost certainly reads recruiting mail personally. Copy the assistant so the whole staff sees the same message.

As general context, NCAA Division I is the highest level of college soccer. D1 programs may offer athletic scholarships, and most D1 rosters are largely settled a year or more before a recruiting class enrolls. Radford University sits in the middle of its division by Massey rank, which is where well prepared club players who reach out early tend to find real conversations.
