Berea College Women's Soccer Recruiting

As general context, NCAA Division III schools do not award athletic scholarships. Aid at D3 schools comes through academic merit and need based packages, and D3 coaches often recruit later in the cycle than D1 programs. Berea College ranks in the lower part of its division by Massey rank, so a prepared recruit who follows up is more likely to get a direct look than at a top ranked program.

Berea College is a private small school in a college town with about 1,513 undergraduates. On a campus this size the women's soccer staff usually knows the admissions office well, so academic fit comes up early in the conversation. The acceptance rate is 19 percent, and the middle SAT range is 1156 to 1335, so include your grades and any test scores in the first message.
