Recruiting inside the ACCAC

Programs in the same conference recruit against each other for the same kinds of players, so a conference is a useful unit for building a target list: if one ACCAC coach shows interest, its peer programs are often a realistic fit too. Every member is in Arizona, so the conference has a tight geographic footprint. Coaches in one conference tend to attend the same regional showcases and ID camps, which means a strong performance at one event can reach several of these staffs at once. 23 of the 25 programs listed here have a head coach on record in our data.
