Yavapai College Women's Soccer Recruiting

Start with Rozie DeWeese, the head coach. The women's staff is small, with one assistant coach alongside the head coach, so the head coach almost certainly reads recruiting mail personally. Copy the assistant so the whole staff sees the same message.

As general context, junior college programs run two year rosters, many can offer athletic aid, and they are a common route for players who plan to move on to a four year program. Yavapai College ranks in the upper part of its division, so the staff has options; explain in one line why this school and this roster fit you, not just that you want to play college soccer.

Yavapai College is a mid sized college on an urban campus with about 3,988 undergraduates. At a mid sized school the women's soccer staff typically works with admissions but does not control it, so have your transcript ready when a coach asks. The acceptance rate is 100 percent, so include your grades and any test scores in the first message.
