Yeshiva University Women's Soccer Recruiting

Start with Ryan Adeleye, the head coach. The women's staff is small, with one assistant coach alongside the head coach, so the head coach almost certainly reads recruiting mail personally. Copy the assistant so the whole staff sees the same message.

As general context, NCAA Division III schools do not award athletic scholarships. Aid at D3 schools comes through academic merit and need based packages, and D3 coaches often recruit later in the cycle than D1 programs. Yeshiva University ranks in the lower part of its division by Massey rank, so a prepared recruit who follows up is more likely to get a direct look than at a top ranked program.

Yeshiva University is a private mid sized school on an urban campus with about 2,852 undergraduates. At a mid sized school the women's soccer staff typically works with admissions but does not control it, so have your transcript ready when a coach asks. The acceptance rate is 56 percent, and the middle SAT range is 1340 to 1510, so include your grades and any test scores in the first message.
