Wiley College Women's Soccer Recruiting

Start with Andrew Benitez, the head coach. The women's staff is small, with one assistant coach and one staff alongside the head coach, so the head coach almost certainly reads recruiting mail personally. Copy the assistants so the whole staff sees the same message.

As general context, NAIA programs may offer athletic scholarships and follow more flexible recruiting contact rules than the NCAA, so coaches can speak with recruits earlier and more directly. Wiley College ranks in the lower part of its division by Massey rank, so a prepared recruit who follows up is more likely to get a direct look than at a top ranked program.

On a campus this size the women's soccer staff usually knows the admissions office well, so academic fit comes up early in the conversation.
