United States Military Academy Women's Soccer Recruiting

Start with Tracy Chao, the head coach. The women's staff is small, with one associate head coach and one assistant coach alongside the head coach, so the head coach almost certainly reads recruiting mail personally. Copy the assistants so the whole staff sees the same message.

As general context, NCAA Division I is the highest level of college soccer. D1 programs may offer athletic scholarships, and most D1 rosters are largely settled a year or more before a recruiting class enrolls. United States Military Academy ranks in the upper part of its division, so the staff has options; explain in one line why this school and this roster fit you, not just that you want to play college soccer.

United States Military Academy is a public mid sized school in a college town with about 4,408 undergraduates. At a mid sized school the women's soccer staff typically works with admissions but does not control it, so have your transcript ready when a coach asks. The acceptance rate is 12 percent, and the middle SAT range is 1200 to 1430, so include your grades and any test scores in the first message.
