Union Commonwealth University Women's Soccer Recruiting

Union Commonwealth University carries a larger women's soccer staff, with one recruiting coordinator, one goalkeeper coach and one staff listed beside the head coach. On staffs this size recruiting is usually split, so address the head coach and include the recruiting coordinator.

As general context, NAIA programs may offer athletic scholarships and follow more flexible recruiting contact rules than the NCAA, so coaches can speak with recruits earlier and more directly. Because Union Commonwealth University is unrated, do not assume the roster is easy to make; write the first email the same way you would for a ranked program and ask the staff how they see the recruiting class.
