Southwest Baptist University Men's Soccer Recruiting

Start with Aron Bassoff, the head coach. The men's staff is small, with one assistant coach and one staff alongside the head coach, so the head coach almost certainly reads recruiting mail personally. Copy the assistants so the whole staff sees the same message.

As general context, NCAA Division II programs may offer athletic scholarships, usually as partial awards split across the roster, and many D2 staffs keep recruiting actively through a player's senior year. Because Southwest Baptist University is unrated, do not assume the roster is easy to make; write the first email the same way you would for a ranked program and ask the staff how they see the recruiting class.

Southwest Baptist University is a private small school in a college town with about 1,341 undergraduates. On a campus this size the men's soccer staff usually knows the admissions office well, so academic fit comes up early in the conversation. The acceptance rate is 68 percent, and the middle SAT range is 810 to 1210, so include your grades and any test scores in the first message.
