On staffs this size recruiting is usually split, so address the head coach and include the assistant most likely to run recruiting.

As general context, junior college programs run two year rosters, many can offer athletic aid, and they are a common route for players who plan to move on to a four year program. Because Skagit Valley College is unrated, do not assume the roster is easy to make; write the first email the same way you would for a ranked program and ask the staff how they see the recruiting class.

On a campus this size the men's soccer staff usually knows the admissions office well, so academic fit comes up early in the conversation.
