Rosemont College Women's Soccer Recruiting

Start with Kathleen Delitta, the head coach. Rosemont College carries a larger women's soccer staff, with 3 assistant coaches listed beside the head coach. On staffs this size recruiting is usually split, so address the head coach and include the assistant most likely to run recruiting.

As general context, NCAA Division III schools do not award athletic scholarships. Aid at D3 schools comes through academic merit and need based packages, and D3 coaches often recruit later in the cycle than D1 programs. Because Rosemont College is unrated, do not assume the roster is easy to make; write the first email the same way you would for a ranked program and ask the staff how they see the recruiting class.

Rosemont College is a private small school on a suburban campus with about 486 undergraduates. On a campus this size the women's soccer staff usually knows the admissions office well, so academic fit comes up early in the conversation.
