Rollins College Women's Soccer Recruiting

Start with Alicia Schuck, the head coach. The women's staff is small, with one recruiting coordinator and one assistant coach alongside the head coach, so the head coach almost certainly reads recruiting mail personally. Copy the assistants so the whole staff sees the same message.

As general context, NCAA Division II programs may offer athletic scholarships, usually as partial awards split across the roster, and many D2 staffs keep recruiting actively through a player's senior year. Rollins College ranks in the upper part of its division, so the staff has options; explain in one line why this school and this roster fit you, not just that you want to play college soccer.

At a mid sized school the women's soccer staff typically works with admissions but does not control it, so have your transcript ready when a coach asks.
