Norco College Men's Soccer Recruiting

Start with Oscar Gaytan, the head coach. Norco College carries a larger men's soccer staff, with 2 assistant coaches and one goalkeeper coach listed beside the head coach. On staffs this size recruiting is usually split, so address the head coach and include the assistant most likely to run recruiting.

As general context, junior college programs run two year rosters, many can offer athletic aid, and they are a common route for players who plan to move on to a four year program. Because Norco College is unrated, do not assume the roster is easy to make; write the first email the same way you would for a ranked program and ask the staff how they see the recruiting class.

Norco College is a mid sized college on a suburban campus with about 8,779 undergraduates. At a mid sized school the men's soccer staff typically works with admissions but does not control it, so have your transcript ready when a coach asks. The acceptance rate is 100 percent, so include your grades and any test scores in the first message.

Inkbound has verified email addresses for 1 of the 4 coaches listed for Norco College men's soccer and drafts the introduction after signup, sent from your own Gmail so replies come back to you. Inkbound does not have a Massey rank for Norco College men's soccer, so the program is listed as unrated and has no competitiveness tier. That is a gap in the data, not a judgment about the program. Unranked programs range from newer teams to established ones with limited public results, so treat it like any other target and ask the staff directly about roster needs.

The official Norco College men's soccer roster is published by the athletics department and is the source for current players, positions, and hometowns.
