Marian University's Ancilla College Men's Soccer Recruiting

Start with Kirk Weiss, the head coach. The men's staff is small, with one assistant coach alongside the head coach, so the head coach almost certainly reads recruiting mail personally. Copy the assistant so the whole staff sees the same message.

As general context, junior college programs run two year rosters, many can offer athletic aid, and they are a common route for players who plan to move on to a four year program. Because Marian University's Ancilla College is unrated, do not assume the roster is easy to make; write the first email the same way you would for a ranked program and ask the staff how they see the recruiting class.

The acceptance rate is 92 percent, so include your grades and any test scores in the first message.
