How to approach this coaching staff

Start with Craig Jones, the head coach. George Washington University carries a larger men's soccer staff, with one associate head coach, 3 assistant coaches and one staff listed beside the head coach. On staffs this size recruiting is usually split, so address the head coach and include the assistant most likely to run recruiting.

As general context, NCAA Division I is the highest level of college soccer. D1 programs may offer athletic scholarships, and most D1 rosters are largely settled a year or more before a recruiting class enrolls. Because George Washington University is unrated, do not assume the roster is easy to make; write the first email the same way you would for a ranked program and ask the staff how they see the recruiting class.

George Washington University is a private large school on an urban campus with about 11,182 undergraduates. At a large university the men's soccer staff is one of many programs competing for attention, so be specific about position, graduation year, and why this roster. The acceptance rate is 47 percent, and the middle SAT range is 1350 to 1500, so include your grades and any test scores in the first message.

Inkbound has verified email addresses for 6 of the 6 coaches listed for George Washington University men's soccer and drafts the introduction after signup, sent from your own Gmail so replies come back to you. Recruiting difficulty

Inkbound does not have a Massey rank for George Washington University men's soccer, so the program is listed as unrated and has no competitiveness tier.
