De Anza College Men's Soccer Recruiting

Start with Rusty Johnson, the head coach. De Anza College carries a larger men's soccer staff, with one associate head coach and 3 assistant coaches listed beside the head coach. On staffs this size recruiting is usually split, so address the head coach and include the assistant most likely to run recruiting.

As general context, junior college programs run two year rosters, many can offer athletic aid, and they are a common route for players who plan to move on to a four year program. Because De Anza College is unrated, do not assume the roster is easy to make; write the first email the same way you would for a ranked program and ask the staff how they see the recruiting class.

De Anza College is a large college on an urban campus with about 15,264 undergraduates. At a large university the men's soccer staff is one of many programs competing for attention, so be specific about position, graduation year, and why this roster. The acceptance rate is 100 percent, so include your grades and any test scores in the first message.

Inkbound has verified email addresses for 5 of the 5 coaches listed for De Anza College men's soccer and drafts the introduction after signup, sent from your own Gmail so replies come back to you. Put your graduation year, club, and position in the subject line so the men's staff can sort your message quickly.

Inkbound does not have a Massey rank for De Anza College men's soccer, so the program is listed as unrated and has no competitiveness tier. That is a gap in the data, not a judgment about the program. Unranked programs range from newer teams to established ones with limited public results, so treat it like any other target and ask the staff directly about roster needs.
