Cypress College Men's Soccer Recruiting

Start with Cristian Rus, the head coach. Cypress College carries a larger men's soccer staff, with 5 assistant coaches and one staff listed beside the head coach. On staffs this size recruiting is usually split, so address the head coach and include the assistant most likely to run recruiting.

As general context, junior college programs run two year rosters, many can offer athletic aid, and they are a common route for players who plan to move on to a four year program. Because Cypress College is unrated, do not assume the roster is easy to make; write the first email the same way you would for a ranked program and ask the staff how they see the recruiting class.

Cypress College is a large college on an urban campus with about 13,354 undergraduates. At a large university the men's soccer staff is one of many programs competing for attention, so be specific about position, graduation year, and why this roster. The acceptance rate is 100 percent, so include your grades and any test scores in the first message.
