Clovis Community College Women's Soccer Recruiting

Start with Orlando Ramirez, the head coach. The women's staff is small, with one assistant coach and one goalkeeper coach alongside the head coach, so the head coach almost certainly reads recruiting mail personally. Copy the assistants so the whole staff sees the same message.

As general context, NCAA Division I is the highest level of college soccer. D1 programs may offer athletic scholarships, and most D1 rosters are largely settled a year or more before a recruiting class enrolls. Because Clovis Community College is unrated, do not assume the roster is easy to make; write the first email the same way you would for a ranked program and ask the staff how they see the recruiting class.

Clovis Community College is a small school in a college town with about 1,309 undergraduates. On a campus this size the women's soccer staff usually knows the admissions office well, so academic fit comes up early in the conversation. The acceptance rate is 100 percent, so include your grades and any test scores in the first message.
