Start with Michelle Richardson, the head coach. Chaminade University of Honolulu lists a one person women's soccer staff, so every recruit email lands with the head coach directly and there is no coordinator filtering the inbox.

As general context, NCAA Division II programs may offer athletic scholarships, usually as partial awards split across the roster, and many D2 staffs keep recruiting actively through a player's senior year. Because Chaminade University of Honolulu is unrated, do not assume the roster is easy to make; write the first email the same way you would for a ranked program and ask the staff how they see the recruiting class.

Chaminade University of Honolulu is a private small school on an urban campus with about 1,672 undergraduates.
