Carthage College Women's Soccer Recruiting

Start with Chelsea Davis, the head coach. The women's staff is small, with one assistant coach and one goalkeeper coach alongside the head coach, so the head coach almost certainly reads recruiting mail personally. Copy the assistants so the whole staff sees the same message.

As general context, NCAA Division III schools do not award athletic scholarships. Aid at D3 schools comes through academic merit and need based packages, and D3 coaches often recruit later in the cycle than D1 programs. Carthage College sits in the middle of its division by Massey rank, which is where well prepared club players who reach out early tend to find real conversations.
