Campbell University Women's Soccer Recruiting

Start with Jeff Gross, the head coach. Campbell University lists a one person women's soccer staff, so every recruit email lands with the head coach directly and there is no coordinator filtering the inbox.

As general context, NCAA Division I is the highest level of college soccer. D1 programs may offer athletic scholarships, and most D1 rosters are largely settled a year or more before a recruiting class enrolls. Campbell University ranks in the lower part of its division by Massey rank, so a prepared recruit who follows up is more likely to get a direct look than at a top ranked program.

Campbell University is a private mid sized school in a college town with about 2,680 undergraduates. At a mid sized school the women's soccer staff typically works with admissions but does not control it, so have your transcript ready when a coach asks. The acceptance rate is 87 percent, so include your grades and any test scores in the first message.
