PennWest California Men's Soccer Recruiting

Start with Emedin Sabic, the head coach. The men's staff is small, with one assistant coach alongside the head coach, so the head coach almost certainly reads recruiting mail personally. Copy the assistant so the whole staff sees the same message.

As general context, NCAA Division II programs may offer athletic scholarships, usually as partial awards split across the roster, and many D2 staffs keep recruiting actively through a player's senior year. Because PennWest California is unrated, do not assume the roster is easy to make; write the first email the same way you would for a ranked program and ask the staff how they see the recruiting class.

The acceptance rate is 94 percent, so include your grades and any test scores in the first message.
